David Dettmann completed his three year Diploma in Photography in South Africa before moving to the UK where he found his niche in the film industry shooting for clients such as Warnerbros, Sony Pictures, 20th Century Fox and Universal. After ten successful years in the UK he then moved back to South Africa, with his family, to pursue a more commercial direction in his photography.

David still regularly travels to the UK to shoot for clients and is available for commissions worldwide.
